Dear Mr. John Doyle,
The bill providing a procedure for disclosure of birth parents to an adoptee, in certain circumstances is very important because children who are adopted should obtain information about their birth parents. Also, there are some health issues that could be wrong and the child could be severely ill. Something could happen and the child/ adopted parent would not know the reason why. It is very important to know who your biological parents are.

This bill is good because children will have a chance of meeting their biological parent aside from birth. Children could build a relationship with their parents and have that bonding that mother/father have with their children. The bill could be bad because you have no way of knowing if the parents want revenge. Also, the parent could be planning how to kill the child and adopted parents. I once read a book about this girls father killed her grandma, tried to kill mother, daughter, boyfriend, and friends. This event could happen in real life at any point in life.

I think that this bill will be very good to get approved. I just hope parents will be aware of criminals and protect their adopted child. I want their parents to keep them safe and hope that they will be aware of their parents past. Children with their biological parents do have the right to want to meet their child but do not have the right to harm them.

Sincerely,

Jessica
