Dear Ms. Capito,
I have currently been aware that one of my family members has been beaten and raped. Some say that the victum does not have rights but I think that the victum does have rights. Some of these rights are respect, freedom of speech, and fairness. Also, you could help her and try to catch the person who has done this to her. Finally, I can help her though this and support her but that is all I can do. The rest is up to her.
